LicenseServer - System Maintenance
Dear HPCMP Unclassified User,Current scheduled maintenance for the Remote License Server (RLS) is being extended. Applications will be unable to request licenses during this continuing maintenance period. Batch jobs requesting licenses should not be impacted, as the schedulers on each DSRC HPC will hold licensed jobs until RLS returns to service. Interactive application licenses will also be offline starting at 2300 Eastern Time on Tuesday, 9 April 2024.
The anticipated return to service is 1600 Eastern Time, Wednesday April 10, 2024.
Users are encouraged to contact the HPC Help Desk with any questions or requests for unclassified assistance by emailing help@helpdesk.hpc.mil, calling 877-222-2039, or by visiting the Help Desk Service Portal at https://helpdesk.hpc.mil/hpc. The Help Desk is available from 0800-2000 Eastern time, Monday-Friday, Federal Holidays excluded.
